Had a bad slip on the ice?NHSGGC Minor Injury Units are the best care option for anyone who needs treatment for conditions such as cuts needing stitches, broken bones below the knee and elbow, bad sprains, and minor burns. The MIU has staff, facilities, and processes dedicated to caring for these issues. It is also a quicker and more comfortable route than waiting at A&E, which is prioritised for urgent and life-threatening conditions.
