In this issue Jane talks about: increase in numbers of patients with COVID in the past week, significant staff absences due to COVID in our hospitals, Ukrainian relief effort, the situation in Ukraine has highlighted the potential for increased cyber-attacks and malware aimed at the public sector, ward 8C at GGH, received some really positive feedback from a relative of an elderly patient this week and an additional annual leave day for staff in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Anniversary.
