Duty of Candour Annual Report 2020-2021

The Duty of Candour annual report details how we implemented duty of candour throughout our services for the period 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021.

Duty of Candour means that every healthcare professional must be open and honest with patients when something that goes wrong with their treatment or care causes, or has the potential to cause, harm or distress.
