Supporting Disabled People at Work - Reasonable Adjustments

We want to ensure that our staff are given every opportunity to do well in work and for NHSGGC as an organisation and as managers we have to ensure that we do all we can to support staff and enable them to do this.

We want staff to feel valued, we want to retain staff and retain all the invaluable knowledge and expertise that they bring to the organisation and we also want to ensure that we are complying with legislation and meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.
