Team Talk - April 2025

In this edition of Team Talk we talk about: Better Health - April is Stress Awareness Month and we would like you to discuss with your team the benefits of physical activity and ask is they are interested in joining the walking challenge. Better Care - the law around the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme is changing, please discuss the impact with your team and let them know HR will be in touch if their work is now classified as regulated work. Better Workplace - discuss with your team the wide range of equality groups that staff can join and how they can get more information on the groups. Better Workplace - The Digital Skills and Literacy Programme is looking for any tech savvy members of staff to join the Digital Champions Forum!
