In this edition of Team Talk we talk about: Better Value – Discuss our Digital and Literacy Programme which is there to ensure we all have the digital skills we need for our roles and enhance productivity; Better Workplace - Remind staff of the importance of keeping their health and safety training up to date; Better Care – Ensure staff know about our Confidential Contacts and where to go to discuss any concerns related to whistleblowing, bullying or harassment; and Better Workplace - There are a couple of weeks left for staff to enter their colleagues or projects in our prestigious Excellence Awards.
