In this edition of Team Talk we talk about: Better Health – No Smoking Day is Wednesday 12 March. Remind staff of the free support available to help them - or people they know - quit; Better Care – Ensure staff know how to access our British Sign Language interpreters to support effective and safe communication with Deaf patients who are BSL service users; Better Workplace - Discuss with your team the local impact of the reduction to 36 hours WTE in April 2026 and what the next steps are; and Better Workplace - Please discuss the importance of handling data safely locally, and ensure your team have completed mandatory training modules 008 Security & Threat and 009 Safe Information Handling.
