Course overview

The intention of this 1½ day programme is to introduce and help you to learn common management skills.

Day 2 focuses on your role in supporting and managing change in workplace including continuous improvement and problem solving.

The course workbook provides summary information on each topic along with further specific resources for further development.

Throughout the programme you will be also encouraged to think about ways in which you can apply learning in your workplace. These include:

  • Key personal learning points
