Bronchiectasis

Respiratory Resources for Bronchiectasis

This series of videos has been developed by Advanced and Specialist Physiotherapists within the Respiratory Services of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. The aim of the videos is to provide patients with a diagnosis of bronchiectasis some information on their condition and treatment options to help manage their symptoms. The information is intended to go along with advice you will receive from your own Specialist Respiratory team.

The Respiratory Physiotherapy Services have expertise managing a wide range of respiratory conditions and some of the videos are relevant to managing other lung conditions.

Development of this resource was supported by Technology Enabled Care funding from the Scottish Government awarded to the North Sector Respiratory Physiotherapy Outpatient Services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Pamela Vaughn (Advanced Respiratory Specialist) and Lorraine Wishart (Specialist Physiotherapist) developed the series with contributions from the West of Scotland Cystic Fibrosis physiotherapy staff. We are grateful to our patients from NHSGGC who were willing and helpful in appearing in the videos.
