Welcome to our Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Strategy!
This document shows how we will support all 40,000 of our employees to have a strong sense of connection to our organisation, one another and ensure that we are all aligned to NHSGGC’s purpose and values in all that we do.
The strategy includes a number of actions, which we will undertake in the coming months and years to improve how with communicate and engage with our staff. This includes the development of a new intranet platform and the development of Collaborative Conversations to support staff engagement and relaunch of an organisation-wide Team Brief.
